Hello Tokyo, computers like these are usually not easily upgradable as the motherboard and PSU uses atx12V-only by the looks of it.
with computers like these its usually easier and cheaper to just sell it then make a computer with used parts that is actually upgradable.
i am sorry it was not what you had hoped for, but systems from OEMs like HP have lots of issues and tend to be almost impossible to upgrade. the upgrades that i would recommend are the simple things like more storage and more RAM, and you can try to get something like a (A2000) or a RTX 3050 that only gets power from pcie but tend to cost a lot.
the best cpu you can put in the pc is the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G if you plan on upgrading that
