Windows installation missing drivers usb

I set up a usb for windows installation but when i plugged in it gave this issue

so the drive you want to install to is not showing up you you need drivers

those i have not had any problem with installing on Haswell with win 10

but only with h81/z97/z87/h87

after plugging my sata cable in a different port

my drive makes this sound
