#PC crashes while gaming nearly every day (NO FIXES)

Been having this issue for over a year now with my pc just crashing mid game on CoD. Has been happening a lot more lately on MW3. It crashes to where the screen blacks out and loses audio than acts like its rebooting. PC has to be hard rebooted to get back to windows. Event Viewer just shows EventID 6008 for unexpected shutdown. Same with Event 41 being a kernel power shuitdown from it crashing. I have updated BIOS, drivers, windows 11, disabled fTPM in BIOS.

System:
5800x
6800xt OC
240 aio
B550 steel legend board

Researching leads no where. Lots of people seem to also have the same issue on google even AMD forums with no fix. Im to the point of switching to intel since this full AMD build has been a nightmare to troubleshoot.

if you could clear the logs, then make it crash then send, that would be even better
