When I turn on my PSU, the only thing that comes on is my USB connected keyboard 😭
Trying to short the pins to turn on the computer doesn't work and the button doesn't either

I've done the paperclip test on the PSU and it worked. The motherboard isn't lighting up and the fans aren't turning on
(gigabyte h410m h v2)

I've reset CMOS and reseated everything and idk what to do now , any help is appreciated 👍🏿
