rtx 3060 12gb or rx 7600 8gb ?

I want to finish my build (i5 13400F) but im confused to chose gpu i first thought about rtx 3060 12 gb looking at my budget then i found a same budget card asrock rx 7600 steel legend it’s really beautiful and would look awesome with my white build but im worried about the vram and performance
