Hi! I thought it was just a bad optimization on the developers part since its an old game because I am using new hardware, until I found others using the same gpu achieving higher fps with 90% gpu usage.
Ive played other games like BFV and metro exodus, they dont have this problem, so its not my machine. Is there any specific settings I need to change?

How do things look in terms of CPU usage?
For cpu they always stay below 40%, but all of the games are also like that and it runs as expected
