Go to your control panel and try uninstalling Nvidia PhysX from your programs

And then reinstall Arkham city

If this doesn’t work i read something about reinstalling directx

@runic helm It's a .NET error so uninstall the .NET packages from Windows and then install them. Link: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework

By default, you just have the soft uninstall available.

Windows key + R, enter "appwiz.cpl"

On the left hand side, click "Turn Windows features on or off"

well put all the files you need on a partition and remember that dont format it only format the C and reinstall on there and after you are done move all of them back to C and format the D so you have a "Fresh" installation

This should be the best sulotion

maybe format the D before you move the files on there and after but from windows not the installation

or if you have a laying USB, Portable HDD,SSD move them on there maybe the same USB of windows installation also works i also do that
