#RAM stays at 8gb

If all items in the startup tab in task manager are set to disabled and after a restart it takes up 8GB, something's eating more RAM than it should.
Go to processes and sort by RAM, make sure the arrow points down. This will show you what's using the most RAM in order.
[my task manager is going to look a bit different from yours as I'm on windows 11]
this kind of stuff is normal use

Do yourself a favor uninstall norton
Once the plan ends it's going.
about 20-40% ram usage is fairly normal. probably some apps you could turn startup off on, which i would recommend. even if you upgrade your ram you will still see these percentages.
