cant install windows onto hdd

First it gave me and error which googles sayd thay it means i have the usb in the wrong slot but now my usb aint even appearing so im stuck in bios and cant enter windows instillation

All the usb ports on my pc are giving power to devices but still dont want to aknowledge the usb is plugged in

I spent like 12 hours troubleshooting and turns out my ssd and hdd are both dead
