• 1440p gaming, will have to last 5 years, 60 fps minimum (not ultra/high settings obv). If not possible that's alright.
  Please assist.
• Has mouse and keyboard but needs a new moniter.

because you'll lose 20-50% of your fps compared to having it off

and if you aren't using RT you can get an amd card for cheaper

my brother wants to, from what ive seen rt can give better fps than comparable amd cards in some games
