make sure the drivers are good, make sure the screen is clean, and if that doesn't work then go into device manager and disable it so you can at least use the laptop. (all this assuming you already tried a restart)
If the touches are around the edges, the bezels [plastic around screen] is pressing on it.
ive restarted, updated bios, and checked for driver updates
yet its wonky
