The 5600g have half the l3 cache and no pcie 4.0, so the 5600 is faster, but that also wouldnt cause the fps to be halfed

if it's not been said, but the 5600g is equal to an r5 3600 in cpu performance, due to the cache, and a 5600 has around a 20-25% increase in performance over the r5 3600

don't try to manually tune it if it's not going to run at xmp speeds, you having corsair ram is part of the reason why it's not running xmp stable
