Black screen after bios flashback

My friend just built a pc, and did not get past the Asus MB loading screen and could not get into bios. So he tried to do a biosFlashback and now he just have a blackscreen. ASUS strix B550f and 5800x

Reattempt the flashback but wait. They take a long time. If it doesn't work then do an rma as doa for description

We tried a older bios but still he is still stuck on the mb logo(but no longer backscreen)

Do not mention that you did a bios flashback just say doa in the description

They will try to put the blame on you since the motherboard is bricked.

They have good customer support where we live so that wont really be an issue

If you got it on Amazon do it through Amazon first as they mostly don't care and will accept a return without questions

Solved it, he had a harddrive plugged in that caused the MB to get stuck
