#Planning for a new PC

Hi, I'm planning to build a new PC,
I want it to be able to run anything and to still be good in a few years, so I'm ready to spend a bit more. I'm not sure about an Ideal configuration so i came here for Help... I threw a rough selection together but nothing is quite fix yet.

To add Context:

CPU: I heard it is the best and that AMD is superior to Intel in terms of gaming
Cooler: Its a hot CPU so i use a big cooler
Motherboard: i wanted a good chip set (idk if that even matters)
RAM: 64GB so I always have enough, two sticks so i can upgrade if I need to
SSDs: I want one for my OS and one for Programs and games + Samsung is reliable
GPU: I want to go with NVIDIA and i want something big
Case: It looks good (similar but better then the LianLi O11 dynamic)
PSU: SeaSonic is a trustworthy brand and I want a high efficiency
Fans: they are from Corsair, because i wand to have just one RGB software, in this case Corsair iCUE because I heard that it's good

But I want to buy the best parts for my Money especially because it is so much... So I'm looking forward to Part recommendations and more :)

(I live in Europe BTW so my prices are in €)

PCPartPicker says that it only uses 800W, i get that it is higher, the 4090 uses a lot of power but is a 1200W PSU realy necessary?

some amd cpus can't run 6400 so you'll have to memtest and bump it down to 6000 or 6200 if it doesn't work
