#CPU bottlenecks 4070ti?

Hey there, looking for some build advice. Bought a 4070ti almost a year ago now as my 3070ti died. Reason for 4070ti as it was most similar upgrade I could and I wanted to buy new as the dead card was 2nd hand.

I currently have a 10600k and was my next upgrade, paired fine with 3070ti but honestly forgot about it until now and realised it might bottleneck.

Just checked whilst playing helldivers at 1440p and it doesnt seem to be bottlenecking at all, or am I off base?

Just played more of the game actually running around and now getting 70% GPU and 80% CPU usage.

Looking for reccomendations on CPU and MOBO combo, i have picked some out that seem to be on deal here in UK and posting below.

i would prefer to spend as little money as possible on upgrade hence the intel addition, never been on AMD but doesnt bother me in slightest - price to performance >>>
