Whenever I press the power button it will say shutting down then goes onto a black screen for 5 seconds then goes into the lock screen. I checked the update troubleshooter and it said it had fixed it but it hasnt

I've just turned it off and now it's starting back up

you dont sctually do the reinstall, you have on the setup thing, "Repair windows"
