1330 is the true MHz. 2667 is actually the "MT/s" or "MB/s" of the ram. for every clock cycle, there are 2 data transfers

This CPU has worked great and was working perfectly when I pulled it from my case. Only reason I'm changing it out was to move to a newer generation i5 processor and motherboard. I don't overclock or do any intensive tasks like rendering, so it should be good to go for many years.
