Install DDU, enter safemode and uninstall your GPU drivers. Restart & reinstall your drivers. Then open command prompt as admin and enter sfc /scannow
let it finish
Then do DISM /online /cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore and let it finish
second, Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup, let it finish
third Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth, let it finish
and last, Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, after this one, restart your PC.
Make sure to run these in order, one at a time. They may appear to freeze. DO NOT close them. These can take a while.
If the issue continues, your GPU might be bad.
