are those two sticks different modules? Or the same ones, cuz they look different and might have different timings, and when put in different channles they might act wierd

Had this happen to me once, fixed ir by only using 1 stick fir a while

You could try one in every one of the slots

mixing it defalts at to fastest speed suported by all the parts

in that case it does sound like a cpu issue

you can get used intel cpus for around 20 or u can ask someone u know if u can borrow it

Darn just stoped working when I took the motherboard out

Did you run it after taking it out?
Is there a chance when you were undoing the mounting screws you may of slipped and scratched the board
