#pc under 500

am5 at 500 is not gonna happen
what is a good 500 doller pc
Used PCs
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Radeon RX 6600, Montech AIR 100 ARGB MicroATX Mid Tower
Or this but it ain't 500
definitely look at used gpu and cpu
a used pc from ebay, either r5 3600 or an i5 10400f as the cpu with an rx580 or gtx 1060
though any pc @ 500 is not gonna hit over 110 fps when it comes to fortnite
should i get like a series s then
https://www.ebay.com/itm/404380688556 taking the gpu out and selling it on, and putting in an rx580, you'd be able to get around 110fps in fortnite
this is what i get whenever i play it
it will happen but without a gpu
gaming on shitty 2 compute unit igpu
👍
so 120fps anything isnt gonna happen
nope not a chance
THAT IGPU??
no storage either
thats quite literally the worst one
if you're going to do igpu on am5 you get the 8700g
ik suggesting it was half a joke
i think the 8600g is more cost effective
nope
8600g = 760m = 1630/1050 performance on igpu
8700g = 780m = 1650-1060(3GB) performance on igpu
8700g =7840hs but on desktop instead
first time we have a direct cpu comparison that's between a desktop, laptop and also a handheld console
7840u = 7840hs but at 28w
Why are console apus so good though
and amd z1e =7840u modified and running at 15w
its also game optimization for the console
shared memory and optimization
so far this is the only time we have a direct comparison between all 3
we do also have another comparison but that's only of a laptop and the amd z1
but yeah, am5 for 500 for a full setup is totally not possible
so console
if you scroll up, you can see what i get, and that's me playing 1080p at maxed out settings
continue saving money
get $700-1200
$700 is probably bare minimum and $1200 is where youll get the best performance per dollar
ok so i owe someone 200 and i get around 20 every 2 weeks
now this is for a new system
if you're ok with used
you can do what ppl were saying earlier and get an old office computer to slap a gpu into
depending on your used market, used may or may not be a much better option
especially if it uses a ryzen cpu because then you can upgrade all the way to a 5800X3D in the future
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 - 3 years. HDD Storage: Western Digital Blue 1TB HDD - Not sure how many years, it's pretty old but in working condition. GPU: MSI Gaming Radeon RX 5700 XT - 3 years. Originally bought in 2017 as a pre-built PC, everything has since been replaced except for the motherboard and case.
this is definitely ideal
good 1200 pc with a am5 cpu and a nvida gpu
would be better with an amd gpu tbh
DAMN
@teal vector buy that shit
you can straight up use it as is
am5 all white build without white tax https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zTs2BL
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600, Radeon RX 7800 XT, Fractal Design Pop Mini Air MicroATX Mid Tower
Mid (AM5) - AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, Radeon RX 7800 XT
nvidia bad
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, GeForce RTX 3060 12GB, NZXT H5 Flow ATX Mid Tower
no
titan is a tier though
the titan gold does have a 12vhpwr connector
so is GF1
k
850w gf1 = $89
and afaik, so does the gf1
good nvida gpu
ah I remember why I didn't choose the gf3 now
it wasn't atx 3.0
and I was only looking at the atx3.0 section of a tier
i need nsync
The Thermaltake Sleeved PCIe Gen 5 Splitter Cable is a dual 8Pin to 12+4pin 12VHPWR, giving support to Thermaltake Power Supplies for the latest and the next-generation GPUs. Please follow the recommended power requirements from the GPU manufactures before using the 12VHPWR cable.
don't need to have an atx 3.0 psu
i prefer the direct cables tbh
there's actually several atx 2.0 psu's with the 12vhpwr connector
i need a nvida gpu for straming and gsynic
it was the gf1
you can do that with newer amd gpu 's also
not gynsync
buddy the 3060 doesn't even have av1
many gsync monitors also have freesync
freesync works with gsync monitors
gsync is literally just freesync: nvidia edition
yup, locks you into a single line which is why there's less gsync only monitors
i know
why are you planning it now then
no point in making lists when a year from now, its all gonna be completely different
tbh, it can be less than that
the market will be entirely difference in a year
