I've tested everything now and still having the same problem, I've been crashing my 3D programs recently and I noticed whenever my CPU hits 100% then instantly my program closes and Tested "Cinebench" and you can see what happened in the picture...

#

I have done everything like reinstalling windows or changing power plans or using XPM or not using it or resetting BIOS to default and etc...

I have tested CPU Burner with FurMark and nothing crashed and it worked like it was still going but every other program with 100% usage of CPU will crash

I've done some stress tests with CPU-Z and FurMark (CPU stress test) and even tho my other 3D programs crashing when CPU hits 100% but these stress tests did not crash!

I've tested my CPU with Cinebench but that one crashed soon as my cpu hit 100%.

Someone please guide me, I really don't know what is the issue and why my 3D programs are crashing!
I've reinstalled windows like 3 days ago, I don't think my windows is broken.

I've done some tests and is this temp normal when stress testing or when cpu hits 100% even just for a second then this happens with the temp and everything...

I've been using this pc for a year but this never happened!
What do I have to do to make this right without limiting my CPU

#

Like do I have to change my cooler because it's not cooling the CPU right or changing thermal paste or something like that?

It won’t affect games may affect rendering times but not by much

#

You can repaste and check though

Take the cpu cooler off, use rubbing alcohol and a wipe to remove the old thermal paste. Then apply new paste. See if that helps.

13 Gen CPUs having problem with new windows 11 updates and lot's of people had this issue that I had and the answer was to turn off the TURBO MODE, TURBO BOOST, SPEED SHIFT in the BIOS and that 100% fixes the crashing programs issue!

I saw lot's of people were struggling with this issue this January because of some new windows updates, Even tho people were using the same TURBO BOOST to get 5GHz speed with 13 Gen before but this new windows update just turn that option off I guess :/

The error you get for this problem is this in the windows log:
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Even you get the same error code in the Cinebench bugreport.txt
