pc became unresponsive and won't launch games i got a rx580 , i formated the pc and it still ensues that issue, also wifi is slow with it
also task manager is saying high usage on stuff even tho i am just on desktop and on hwinfo all temps seem normal

i was playing valorant and my ping started jumping to 3k randomly (this never happens) i've tried to join games and i just lag out completely always very high power usage on task manager which never had a problem with and always 2k+ ping also rarely had a problem with my brother installed mod menus for gta and thats when i started having these issues
