My computer has been making this weird noise since today, I was editing the RGB on my ram and cooler and a little while later it started making this weird noise, Usually as soon as its loading something. What is this and how do I stop it, I have tried searching online but I couldnt find any one with the same sound, it happends occasionally

I have ruled out that it has probably something to do with 1 of my gpu fans, but im unsure what is causing it

After closer inspection on the gpu I cannot seem to find out what is making the sound, the gpu looks fine

the weird thing is, I only have 2 m2 ssd's on it

Im not a 100% sure, now that I looked at it I doubt it. I cant place where its coming from either

It is the gpu, the fan randomly spins out of nowhere

I put the gpu on a manual mode, It hasnt made the noise now. So it has something to do with the automatic setting making it spin harder out of nowhere
