I’m experiencing weird glitches, lag in game or stuttering. Really slow basic task on a computer files documents moving deleting things video watching etc… sometimes lag files

• The only idea I was thinking is because I have a i7 10700k maybe I can try to use the integrated gpu and try to see how my pc performed and if it works maybe its my gpu? Is that a valid try?

i just reinstall my pc did a cmos too and now im running only on the gpu integrated by my cpu
