i would take the 7800x3d. its more powerfull for gaming than the 7950x

anyway, this setup is not soooo good. the Ram is pretty slow. i would prefer a better m.2 ssd. the cooler is just too expensive, there are others that are much cheaper and nearly that powerfull

kk. so like the powersupply is way to expensive. you can save money on that. the cpu cooler i would switch to the thermalright peerless assasin 120se or phantom spirit. the case is ok if you like that design

Yes this would be probbably the best of all but he said dont change to much. If he wants a 4070ti then so it is. If he wants that case then so it is. But changing everything is not what e asked for. Just some few changes. I totaly agree that yours makes the most sense tho.
