I'm playing a lot of games in 1080p such as rust, Hogwarts legacy, battlefield and many other games. I've come to a conclusion that my specs seem to be old now for what im wanting. In rust sometimes my frames go as low as 40 - 60 fps in my base and in certain spots in the map. for a competitive player like me, i would like to play at a consistent 100+ fps. In Hogwarts legacy, I'm getting a lot of frame stutters and 15 fps in some cutscenes and 45 fps in a lot of the areas of the map.

I've heard a lot of good things about the 7800x3d especially for rust, being able to see above 200+ frames easily with its cache. my plan would be to buy this new pc, build it myself and sell my old one to possibly a friend of mine.
I would like to hear your opinion on these specs and if I should make any changes. Also im not sure 100% sure if 16gb is a slight bottleneck or not, or if my cpu will keep cool enough with the cooler i have, if the ram is good because i know timings and latency is important for the ram but i dont know what to look out for. Also i have no idea if the motherboard is sufficient enough and if the PSU has enough watts.
Any help / reassurance is appreciated.
