I cant get rid off the mark, its not software related

still when i scrape it, wipe it it dosent come off

Have you tried just wiping it off with distilled water? If so your gonna need to take the monitor apart to fix it

Make sure to use distilled water NOT normal water

#

Normal will wreck the monitor

#

And use a microfiber cloth
