#Is a rtx 3050 good for VR?

I'm thinking of upgrading my pc by selling my old parts and using the money from the old parts to buy new parts that are better. I am a VR player but can't usee my headset that much since my pc can't take most VR games (ex VRchat publics=instant crash, vivecraft=wierd latency and lag).

Long story short I found one that I can use and it says that it's compatble with VR, it's the MSI GeForce RTX 3050 8gb Ventus with double fans, would it be able to smoothly run VR and prefferably OBS on top of that?

My current GPU is the GTX 1650
