I have got an AMD 6600M and a Ryzen 7 5600. Task manager says that my gpu has 0% usage and 100% on my intergraded graphics.

either dissable your igpu entirly or change it in the bios to use dedicated

Are you sure that you plugged the display cable into the GPU and not the motherboard?
