Newly purchased PSU, does this sound normal?

Recently purchased (about 5 days ago) an MWE V2 850 W Cooler Master PSU. Realized it sounds like this during idle but it's not hearable during heavy loads. Is this a normal sound that PSUs can make?

The MWE V2 isn't a bad unit so... it probably won't be troublesome. You might want to further isolate the components so the noise doesn't overlap since I... don't find anything abnormal with said sound.
