I believe the i3 motherboard is a legacy based one and doesnt have support for UEFI. The GPU is much newer and doesnt offer support for such old hardware. Ask an AI bot, you wont have that much delays in waiting for some of us to give an answer to your issue

Yeah, this motherboard definitely doesn't have enough power to support that card (The PCIe slot isn't powerful enough). It technically doesn't have enough lanes for the card either (it's basically too old to support a GPU like that). Unfortunately, you're not going to be able to use this motherboard with that card.
