greetings. i have an old laptop that id like to figure out what the issue could be, it turns on every once in a while, works fine, but when it shuts down it doesn't turn on for a while again, and what i mean by it doesnt turn on is that the motherboard is receiving power, power button lights up, but there's no display, fan turns on for a few seconds then turns off but the power button is still lit up and receiving power

what i thought the issue would be is faulty ram, changed ram, then i thought maybe it's the ram slot

i took a ram stick out of the first channel

it turned on 10 times in a row

so i thought i fixed it

now it is no longer working again
