1650 framedroping in every game even tho i get 100-250 fps (its may be because of cpu but this wasnt before). The framedrops started recently. I get it if the game needs good specs, but this is happening even in minecraft, geometry dash and left 4 dead 2. I tried almost everything and nothing helps

ram can run at either 3200 or 3600mhz but i cant put it that mutch it only goes up to 2667mhz

cpu usage rarely goes above 80 and in heavier games like vermentide abt 90

how do i check gpu limit reason ig it has to do smth with psu

idk model of psu but its 750w so should be good for 1650

yes my motherboard doesnt support xmp even tho ram does

i mean there is no xmp option in bios
