Need some help picking an nvme. Found these two which looked most affordable, just wondering why the specs are so different while price is same?

5000mhz vs 3500mhz
Gen 4 vs Gen 3
5 year vs 3 year warranty
1280 TBW vs 640 TBW

Thought the FN950 was good for its price and it would last a long time.

Any advice appreachiated.

Also, it says (no heatsink) so i am wondering if it is neccesary to get one seperately?

for just a boot drive and a few programs, 500 is fine. if you store files on it, 1TB. if you store a lot of files on it, 2TB
