it's nowhere near the word accurate, it's really not how bottlenecks work. you can't measure it in percentages. an r5 5600 wouldnt bottleneck a 4090 in something like cyberpunk with maxed out RT at 4k.

but it will definitely be the bottleneck in something like CS2

It may give you a general idea of what you’d be looking at as far as utilization goes but it is wildly inaccurate as far as the percentages of bottlenecking your hardware one way or another.
