Building first pc

I'm from chile and here we use another page called "solotodo" I made 2 different rigs and wanted to get some opinions if which one should I stick with, if any need some changes, the 1.3m is the one I could get like next month but the other one is for like 3-4 months later and wanted to know if it's worth the wait:

i would highly suggest waiting for the 5700x3d and 4070ti super

they are just announced a few hours ago

the 5700x3d is basically a price cut 58x3d

and the 4070ti super is a straight up upgrade to the 4070ti for the same price

that CPU cooler is also uncecessary for either CPU, you can get a decent tower cooler like the peerless assassin

just leave as is, unless you want to spend a painstaking amount of time tuning the timings. wouldnt do you much good anyways on a 10100f
