Build AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D - RX 7900 XTX

I am looking to create a PC that meets these criteria :

• Budget : ~ 2500 $ with
• Date : Jan 2024
• Resolution : 1440p / 2160p
• Display frequency : 144 - 165 Hz
• Usage :
  • Gaming (bg3, cyberpunk, total war Warhammer, ...)
  • Light video editing
  • Dev python
• Typo :
  • Connections : WIFI 6 - Bt 5+ - Ethernet
  • Stockage : SSD 2To + SSD 500Go (for windows)
• Extra : I want this computer to be usable in 4 - 5 years and just upgrade a few parts if needed.

First, is this build consistent ? If not, witch part do I need to change ? Second is there some parts that are too "weak" for this build ?

This CPU cooler is good enough ?

What's the difference between the Sapphire PULSE and the XFX Speedster MERC 310 ? Price only ?
Same for the power supply and the case ?

For the storage, this one is better because of the ram it has and quicker ?

1. Yes the cpu cooler is enough, the cpu will usually only draw 90w
2. The Sapphire Pulse has a different cooler and Sapphire usually has better warranty than other AIBs
   You shouldn’t need 1000w ( see estimated wattage ), You can get an 850w unit for $35 less and still have 200w to spare
   The case is cheaper and comes with 4 140mm PWM fans ( 3 are argb ) and NZXT has had questionable quality especially with their H5 Flow
3. You get an extra 1.5tb for $30 more, also I know more about Teamgroup than Lexar

1. Ok, i was a little insecure to build my computer with a water cooler. If this one is good. it's for the best ^^
   Just have a question, the size of this cpu cooler won't cause any problem with the motherboard ?

3. Well, I was going with a 2tb + 500go. Someone said to me that it's better to keep windows on it's own storage. Is it true ?

If windows borks itself, you don’t have to install all your games again
