My CPU is on 100% if I even play games on low quality and then the game freezes and crashes

Need for speed but also in other games like forza or fortnite. 2.560 x 1.440 and it doesnt matter if the resulution is high or low it crashes anyways

how much ram does you pc have?

that few apps actually dont have a big impact on the usage

and 15% cpu idle usage also isnt that much

but if I start a game it goes up to 100% immediately

cpu temp is around 60 - 70C

For a 12700f it is I have a ryzen 5 and I only get at most 10% cpu when I run discord
