Psu label should tell you how much it really is on the 12 volt

is it that 504W?
because if yes, then its interesting, because my CPU + GPU at max workload dont go over 350W, and 504W at 80+ rating would still be at least 403W, so enough
or could it also be because the PC is plugged into a power strip, together with everything else (TV, monitor, lamp, etc)?
