Why does it need a heatsink ssd?
Why does it need a heatsink lmfao??
Fr
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, Montech AIR 903 MAX ATX Mid Tower
Check OPs username
Are you trolling
Yeah so?
VR
Amd is just as good at vr….
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600, Radeon RX 7900 XTX, Montech AIR 903 MAX ATX Mid Tower
Atleast I though soo
does it have a ssd heatsink
Do I give a shit
Built in on the motherboard 😎
lol
So bro why does it need a heatsink
M.2 brace lmfao
That photo gives me pain
Most mobos come with standoffs anyway lol
Hardcore games
That means shit LMFAO
that dosent mean you need a ssd heatsink
If you going hardcore why you cheating out broski get a 4090 + 14900k + 128gb ddr5 8tb nvme m.2 SSD
the only time a ssd heatsink makes sense is for a 8tb or a gen 5 ssd lol
I dont need a heatsink one no nore
this is a bad choice for gaming
No it isn't 💀
bro just said a 4090 and a 14900k is bad for gaming 💀💀💀
You don't need a heatsink SSD and shit for VR/Hardcore games
it is when a 7800x3d is the best gaming cpu to have
Just looking at that caused me trauma that will last for years. Poor ssd
It isnt. But theres better out there for price to performance amd new x3d chips can let the rtx 4090 stretch its muscles and be fully utilized at a cheaper price. Considering the power consumption of intel and the heat they produce going for them is just not needed unless you do cpu intensive tasks and need the extra performance
it is tbh, the i9 is only worth it for production work not gaming
Prices lol?
Nvm its sold out
I said i dont need it anymore
imo
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, GeForce RTX 4070
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GeForce RTX 4070
either way , also as he wants to do vr, the nvidia card is the better option
would probably push more for a 4070ti/4080 instead
.
Hold on thats still the heatsink ssd
Can u build me one with a 4070 ti or 4080 for €1600?
Nvm
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, KOLINK Citadel Mesh MicroATX Mini Tower
would need to be an r5 as the cpu for it, though paying a little more extra and you'd actually be more beneficial with the 7800x3d as vr stuff do like the cache
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
Case where
he can choose for that, or reuse any case he already has
With the €15 left lmfao
those plastic openbench cases exist
Also phantom spirit is cheaper so get that
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, KOLINK Citadel Mesh MicroATX Mini Tower
Idk
it's basically a €200 difference
No i want it 1600
then go with atomics build or the 7700x + 4070 build i posted
Ik a 14900k isn't the best choice but it's not necessarily a bad cpu just because it can be outperformed in games
Yea, the 14900k is only good or productivity really or if you want to flex and have an unlimited budget then yes its probably the best for cpu intensive titles but not by much tho
where the cache of a 7800x3d would help more
you prefer a 14900k because it works better for fortnite
I mean, i also play it and getting amd imo would be better cuz of 3d vcache but everyone has their own opinion
not really it only uses a couple cores, it's more the ipc, and games that tend to be cpu bound actually can benefit more from the x3d cache more so alot of the time
cpu intensive games benefit more from amd tbh
Idk
most pros get 14900k
Mongraal got it
pretty sure it's better for Fortnite
even though amd has 3d vcache
"pro's" you mean people who have a system sponsored, still though using an i9 won't make you better, it's also wasted where gaming is concerned
most also dont know jack about pcs
esp fortnite players
in general you are paying more for worse performance in games
unless you do some sort of heavy multicore task or want to do some sort of wr OCing then theres no point getting a 14900k
They don't choose the specs out
Big brands do or their orgs recommend the best for the game
yeah
The 14900k, because they only know about intel and think saying “I have an i9” is cool. For straight gaming, AMD is the way to go
There are like 3 games that intel is better at. And even then, it’s not much. Meanwhile AMD is pulling like 100w compared to intel’s 320+
No
No where near the power consumption
Intel is higher
But that's not the power consumption
If you look at gaming Benchmarks
Also if you r doing anything besides game fuck the AMd all the way
It's not even close for cad / design workloads
250 -450w depending on power unlocking and oc
and that's just for the 14900k
65-125w depending on pbo tuning and curve optimizer on an r7 7800x3d
usually it sits around 88w
The x3D CPU’s can’t pull much bc the vcache is so sensitive
part of why it's the most efficient gaming cpu tbh
Yeah
According to this website, AMD is actually better. But either way, it is actually very close between them
