The difference is 400 dollar in my country and I want to use this for video editing and all graphics stuff should I go for latest one ?

keep rma/aftersales in mind though because some brands give you absolute garbage and then take months to process your request

you should check prices for 3070ti laptops, they are pretty cheap rn, I bought one of these recently for 1300€
