RX580 8gb
Gigabyte X99-Gaming 5
16gb DDR4 3200 Mhz

At 400 bucks i’d look at upgrading GPU first

5820k is a 6c12t haswell, should do fine on most games still

A used 6700xt should do just fine

Depends on budget and res, i’d get a used 6700xt so there’s budget left over for a new CPU, as that does have to be upgraded soon-ish
