Witch gpu should i use for a build with the MSI Z87-G45 motherboard and the intel i7 4770k cpu

Depends on what the rest of your specs are

The system is a bit ancient at this point, if you're looking for a brand new graphics card I wouldn't go higher than an RX6600 in that system.
