Gpu fans don’t require any additional cables, they’re probably just off because it isn’t hot enough

By dedicated gpu fan I meant a case fan that points towards the gpu

It doesn't fit into a sys fan port so I don't know where its suppose to go

not sure but it the cable for this connector seems to be connected to 3 other fans
