Does it need a BIOS update to work with the CPU?

Are you able to send a video of you trying to boot into your operating system?
What type of drive is windows installed on?
Just on a usb
Quick question, are you trying to install windows from the USB or do you already have it downloaded onto a HDD or SSD?
I have it on a HDD which I tried booting from. When that didn’t work I tried a usb
If you are trying to reinstall windows using a USB you might have to change boot priority to the USB with windows.

I deleted the two terabyte and refreshed and it allowed me to move on
