I'm trying to find a good 4TB HDD for storing all of my photos and video footage from various projects (and all of my Linux ISOs). It'll be in a desktop as to utilise Backblaze, but the PC is on (although not in use) 24/7. I'm most concerned about reliability and price (AU market). I was going to get an Ironwolf but I've heard NAS drives drop sectors instead of retrying.

4tb hdd not worth imo, they’re like $150ish
Rather get an 8tb exos for about $200
there's a 4tb ironwolf for like 93 bucks
In aussie? Where cause that’s a damn fine deal
in usd
ok?
So what’d you suggest a product in USD for? Lmao
?
they're available for ~130aud
the thing is, a cmr 4tb is like 160. a cmr 8tb is like 240-300. it mainly depends on ops budget
