booting issue

I finished making a custom pc and have windows installed on it but I have issues with the pc either posting or not sometimes my screen will give me something and sometimes it’s just a blank screen idk if it’s the mother board or not but everything is on and all the Rgb is on so idk what to do I have already reseated the GPU and already took the ram out one by one idk if the strimmer cables gotta do with it but I’m really confused
