#gigabyte z390 ud dram and cpu blinking

I just bought a z390 from gigabyte and i installed all the parts and its not showing display and the dram light stays on. Could someone help me?

I have g skill ripjaws v 8gb x 2

And its really hard (almost impossible) to push the ram down

No luck, tried that

I can maybe take out the mb and then place the ram on a flat surface

Because the mb bends when i try to push it down

So ram slot 1 works with both sticks. Ram slot 2 works with both sticks but ram slot 3 and 4 dont work at all with both sticks

Are they meant to work indivudually? Or do slot 3 and 4 only work if there's already a stick in 1 or 2?
