Changed to a Ryzen 9 7900X early this year, have this issue that has been bothering me since I switched, Steam and all Steam related games have been launching very very slowly, compared to other apps like Epic Games and Battle.net, which takes around less than 5 seconds, Steam starts in like 15-30 seconds. Its not like it showed the update menu when I launched it, it takes 15-30 seconds for it to start updating if there was one.

though this issue wasn't there when I was on my intel cpu 😦

yeah and did a format and reinstall on everything
