Is daisy chaining pretty much just hooking up multiple fans to a fan hub and then connecting the fan hub onto the motherboard fan connector?

Correct me if i am getting anything wrong plz i dont know too much about fans

an example of daisy chaining is connecting one fan to the motherboard, then plugging in another fan into that fan, etc. Only some fans support it

In the picture the white RGB connectors are connected to eachother, with one end plugged into an RGB header on the motherboard

So its basically just a powerboard for fans right?

think of it like attaching legos to one another, where the first lego is attached to the board, and the rest attach to each other for ease of use
